Currently, I am studying at Le Cordon Bleu, focusing on crafting distinctive vegan celebration, wedding, and wholesale cakes from scratch in my professional bakery unit located in South Fife.​

​I have a growing love for incorporating Asian ingredients into desserts, along with a fondness for using herbs, teas, and floral notes in my cakes.

​

I bake wholesale vegan cakes and bakes for the multiple award-winning Sunrise Bakehouse in Burntisland 3 times weekly, Eden Coffee Shop at  Balmalcolm Den twice weekly, Honeycups coffee house in Kirkcaldy once a week, and Fern Cafe in Dunfermline twice per week.
