I specialize in creating unique vegan, wedding and other celebrations, and wholesale cakes from scratch in my professional bakery unit in South Fife. I have a growing enthusiasm for incorporating Asian ingredients into my desserts, along with love for using herbs, teas, and floral notes in my cakes.

I provide wholesale vegan cakes and baked goods for the award-winning Sunrise Bakehouse in Burntisland, Eden Coffee Shop at Balmalcolm Den, Honeycups Coffee House in Kirkcaldy, and Fern Cafe in Dunfermline.
