As a dedicated vegan for over 12 years, I ensure that no animal products or by-products are used in my recipes. However, please note that some ingredients I buy have the "may contain" warnings. While I take extra care to avoid cross-contamination, I use tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, soya, mustard, celery, sesame, and sulphites in my kitchen, so I cannot guarantee that any product will be 100% free from allergens.

(Hojicha is a roasted Japanese tea, and has the most amazing nutty flavour pofile; kinako is a roasted soya flour with a warm, almost peanut butter-like flavour. My favourite cake on the autumn/winter menu))
